Join us for an afternoon of low-tech, eco-friendly photochemical magic! Learn how to make beautiful imprints of the natural world using basic film developing supplies, as well as flowers and plants from around the neighborhood. It may be messy, so bring an apron or an old shirt—we’ll provide all other supplies!

Phytograms are images created using the chemical reactions between plants and photographic emulsion, essentially a camera-less photography technique where plants act as a natural developer, creating images on photographic paper or film when exposed to sunlight.
