Come join us for an evening of personal doc, essay and diary films curated by the LBCMA Film Club. We are also kicking off a new collaborative film project called “A Living Archive: Multi-Generational Stories from Long Beach” so we’ll be using this evening to introduce you to the filmmakers that will be taking part in the project, and screen some of their work. 

In addition to the night’s LB films, we are excited to screen new documentary films from Echo Park FIlm Center’s FREE Summer Intro to Documentary Filmmaking Workshop! Over the span of 4 weeks local filmmakers shared ideas, filmmaking skills and best practices to create short films to share with the world!!! And tonight – Saturday, Sept. 27 in Long Beach – is the world premiere of these special and heartfelt works.
